Great for Everyone August 14, 2010 Barb Hayle I bought this for my daughter as a gift because she gets the Clean Eating Magazine and loves it and was excited to have this cookbook at such a great price.
She has 4 children and tries to cook healthy for the entire family.
FOUR GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS NEVER RECEIVED! March 9, 2010 Tri-Girl (Chicago, IL USA) 4 out of 9 found this review helpful
What a disaster!! This subscription was purchased as Christmas gifts for four separate clients - I purchased at Barnes & Noble the inaugural issue, wrapped for each client promising the year's supply. NOT!! I was astonished and embarassed beyond words to find that not one of them received it. WORSE - I was told that the mag "never went to print" after that. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I'm torn - its a great magazine. I teach nutrition as a personal trainer, and count this as a great source of sound nutrition. WTF! I'll skip the middle man this time.
Best cooking magazine out there... February 18, 2010 Broke Teacher Recipes are easy, healthy, and budget friendly. Articles are informative. Fewer advertisement pages than most magazines.
I wait for this to arrive every two months! It's like getting a great cookbook that I'll actually use.
Where is it????????? February 10, 2010 David F. Scrivens 0 out of 9 found this review helpful
Paid for this subscription back in October and even though I have written them I still haven't seen a copy of it. All I can say is buyer beware of what you are buying as you might never see a copy of it after you pay for it. I guess I am not the first person this has happened to.
Creativity abound! January 30, 2010 S. Hessinger 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Although I haven't received my first issue yet (they told me that would happen...), I have bought the magazine many times before in the grocery store and have always been pleasantly surprised with the variety of ingredients and recipe ideas they have. This is the type of magazine that you don't throw out, but keep, to re-use over and over as supplemental cookbook. If you're trying to eat healthy and feel as though you are limited in terms of what you can eat, try this magazine out!
